Reducing Recidivism

Current data shows that more than 50% of adult offenders started out as juvenile offenders. With PSPI, it is our intent to decrease that number as we support students of incarcerated parents and reduce recidivism. By providing a safe place for students to connect with others experiencing shared trauma, students will have an opportunity to “talk it out” as opposed to “acting it out.”
